As a student intern it is important that you know that I am currently in the practicum stage of my education.


Please be aware that I am not licensed and I am working with clients under the supervision of S. Marissa Stein, MS, LMHC, CST, NCC (WA State LH61466439). I can only see clients who are physically located in WA state and I am seeing clients virtually via telehealth at this time.

I will be seeing clients as an intern beginning in September 2025 and will be interning with Tara Venery Sex Therapy after 3, 15 week semesters.

Good Faith Estimate of Costs

Individual Therapy

60 minute sessions (55 clinical minutes) $200

90 minute session (85 clinical minutes) $300

180 Minute EMDR session $600
(180 minute session with a 15 minute break at the 90 minute mark)

Intensive EMDR Session $1200
(6 hour session with a 1 hour meal break included at the 2.5 hour mark plus 2, 5-10 minute breaks during each 2.5 hour stretch).

Relational Therapy:
60 minute session (55 clinical minutes) $250

90 minute session (85 clinical minutes) $350

3 Hour marathon session $700
(180 minute session with a 15 minute break at the 90 minute mark)

I am not able to propose an appropriate diagnosis or course of treatment for you until we have spent some time together.  As soon as I am able to identify a diagnosis and an appropriate course of treatment, I will discuss it with you.

 

Services are anticipated to be provided generally on a weekly basis until treatment is terminated.  Additional services may be recommended.  This estimate of your costs is only an estimate, and your actual charges may differ.  You have the right to initiate the patient–provider dispute resolution process if the charges you are actual billed substantially exceed the expected charges in this estimate. You may contact me directly if the billed charges are higher than this Good Faith Estimate, or you can start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) directly.  If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, that will not adversely affect the quality of health care services I provide to you.  This estimate of costs is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain clinical services from me.

 

This Good Faith Estimate of Costs is effective through the end of 2025.
