As a therapist, I believe you are more than your problems. I understand that working through our lived experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming and defeating. My approach is person-centered, meaning I tailor my therapeutic work to meet each individual's unique needs. I recognize the turmoil and challenges many face in today's world, and I bring a strong sense of social justice to my practice.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2+ individuals, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief and loss. I am sex and body positive, kink and non-monogamy affirming. I am currently pursuing full certification in domestic violence intervention. Trauma-informed and compassionate, I strive to create a gentle, kind, and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe and supported.

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

A little about myself, I identify as a queer woman. I am a mother to three children, one cat and a bearded dragon. I love to watch reality television and enjoy working in my garden, crafting, creating art, and attending live music events.
