  • Insurance

I do not accept any forms of insurance. I am happy to give you a super-bill after sessions for you to submit to your insurance company.

If seeking relational therapy (couples, triads, family, etc., please let me know if you are planning to try to get insurance to cover this work as this may require establishing an “identified client” at the beginning of the therapeutic process. Please note that not all insurance companies will reimburse for relational therapy.

  • EMDR

Individual EMDR therapy is done at the same hourly rate as my regular individual talk therapy rate. Please note that EMDR is an 8 phase process, and may progress slowly depending on how much time each phase takes. As with all other forms of therapy that I do, this is an individualized process.

  • Hypnotherapy

I do hypnotherapy both in-person and via telehealth.
In-person requires an extra fee to rent the space. Hypnotherapy also takes more time in session to allow for comfortable transitions.

Please schedule a consult to see if you are eligible for telehealth hypnotherapy.

    In-person: 120 minute session $615

    Telehealth: 120 minute session $500

  • If you have limited access to expendable or stable income, I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces at off-peak hours each month. Please contact me about availability.

  • My normal hours are between 10am and 6pm PST. I do offer a limited number of sessions after 6pm PST and on weekends at a higher rate.
Please contact me for rates and availability.

I am not able to propose an appropriate diagnosis or course of treatment for you until we have spent some time together.  As soon as I am able to identify a diagnosis and an appropriate course of treatment, I will discuss it with you.

Services are anticipated to be provided generally on a weekly basis until treatment is terminated.  Additional services may be recommended.  This estimate of your costs is only an estimate, and your actual charges may differ.  You have the right to initiate the patient–provider dispute resolution process if the charges you are actual billed substantially exceed the expected charges in this estimate. You may contact me directly if the billed charges are higher than this Good Faith Estimate, or you can start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) directly.  If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, that will not adversely affect the quality of health care services I provide to you.  This estimate of costs is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain clinical services from me.

This Good Faith Estimate of Costs is effective through the end of 2024.
